摘要
针对掘进机工作时旋转主轴承的受力情况进行了分析,进一步采用ANSYS有限元受力分析软件对轴承在受外力作用下的应力分布和变形情况进行了仿真研究,根据仿真分析结果对掘进机主轴承的优化提出了改善建议,对提升掘进机截割机构工作时的可靠性具有重要意义。
The stress distribution and deformation of bearing under external force are simulated by ANSYS finite element analysis software. According to the results of simulation analysis, some suggestions are put forward to improve the optimization of the main bearing of the roadheader, which is of great significance to the reliability of the cutting mechanism of the roadheader.
