摘要 传统的超声无损检测技术在煤矿机械设备探伤方面存在诸多局限,因此,针对煤矿综采液压支架构件几何形状不规则的特点,应用基于相控聚焦及相控偏转原理的相控延时超声无损检测技术,实现对液压支架各类型几何形状构件的无损探伤,且探伤结果精确、可视。 The traditional ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology has many limitations in the inspection of coal mine machinery and equipment.Therefore,in view of the irregular geometric shape of hydraulic support components in fully mechanized coal mining,Based on the principle of phase-controlled focusing and phase-controlled deflection,the phase-controlled delay ultrasonic nondestructive testing technique is applied to realize the non-destructive inspection of various types of geometric components of hydraulic support,and the results of flaw detection are accurate and visible.
