摘要 船用柴油机作为船舶动力及发电系统的核心部分,其运行状态直接关系到船舶的运行及安全,通过长期对船用柴油机的监测,将原子发射光谱技术和X射线荧光能谱技术联合应用,因此对这两种测试技术特点、原理进行分析。通过监测诊断实例可知,光谱和能谱技术可以起到良好的互补作用,及时发现故障隐患,预测故障趋势。 Marine diesel engine as the core part of ship power and power generation system, its running state is directly related to the operation and safety of the ship, through long-term monitoring of marine diesel engine, The atomic emission spectroscopy and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy are used together, so the characteristics and principles of these two testing techniques are analyzed. The monitoring and diagnosis examples show that the spectrum and energy spectrum technology can play a good complementary role in detecting the hidden trouble and predicting the fault trend in time.
