摘要
船用柴油机作为船舶动力及发电系统的核心部分,其运行状态直接关系到船舶的运行及安全,通过长期对船用柴油机的监测,将原子发射光谱技术和X射线荧光能谱技术联合应用,因此对这两种测试技术特点、原理进行分析。通过监测诊断实例可知,光谱和能谱技术可以起到良好的互补作用,及时发现故障隐患,预测故障趋势。
Marine diesel engine as the core part of ship power and power generation system, its running state is directly related to the operation and safety of the ship, through long-term monitoring of marine diesel engine, The atomic emission spectroscopy and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy are used together, so the characteristics and principles of these two testing techniques are analyzed.
