摘要 针对矿用通风机因电动机导条断裂、轴承振动等原因而出现运行故障问题,结合工程实际,设计了一套通风机的故障诊断检测系统,并通过搭建试验平台,开展了通风机故障检测系统的试验验证。通过试验分析可知,所设计的故障检测系统可实现对通风机导条断裂故障的故障检测,且其检测的准确率高达95%。由此,验证了该通风机故障检测系统具有一定的准确性和可行性。 Aiming at the running trouble of mine ventilator due to the breakage of motor lead bar and the vibration of bearing,a set of fault diagnosis and detection system of ventilator is designed in combination with engineering practice, and the test platform is set up.The test verification of fan fault detection system is carried out.The test results show that the designed fault detection system can detect the fault of blower guide bar breakage,and the accuracy of detection is as high as 95%.Therefore,it is verified that the fan fault detection system has certain accuracy and feasibility.
