摘要
为了减少施工工程量及节约生产成本的投入,既满足盘区轨道巷的运输,又能保证XV1302综采工作面运输巷的运料,经现场勘查和方案论证后,提出在一横川与二盘区轨道巷交叉处自主设计一个十字道岔,通过方案的提出和确定、设计原理及各部件组成分析,并在地面加工好后安装至井下,解决了十字交叉处的运输问题。
In order to reduce the amount of construction and save the input of production cost,it can not only meet the transportation of track roadway in disk area,but also ensure the transportation of material in XV1302 fully mechanized mining face.After on-the-spot investigation and scheme demonstration,It is put forward that a cross switch is designed independently at the intersection of track lane in Yihengchuan and Erpan area.Through the proposal and determination of the scheme,the design principle and the composition of each component are analyzed,and then installed in the underground after the ground processing.The transportation problem at cross-cross is solved.
