摘要
针对起重事故频发的现状,采用微电子技术开发了具有监控起重机超载、超高、主梁扰度超限、制动器功能失效、斜拉歪吊和大车运行机构不同步的监控系统,并对相关工作原理进行了分析。现场安装使用表明,该系统可以实现起重机的安全保护和实时监控的功能。
In view of the current situation of frequent crane accidents,a monitoring system with monitoring crane overload,super high,main beam disturbance limit,brake function failure,skew crane and trolley running mechanism is developed by using microelectronic technology.The related working principle is analyzed.Field installation shows that the system can realize the function of crane safety protection and real-time monitoring.
