摘要
通过对比国内外煤岩界面识别传感器,选择记忆截割法来进行煤岩界面识别,针对振动信号和截割电机的设备特点进行分析,利用一种基于虚拟仪器系统的采煤机调高方法,这种方法对采煤机的运行状态和电流变化都有很好的监测性。利用虚拟仪器来设计采煤机的自动调高系统,控制程序和分析程序由LABVIEW软件实现,通过仿真软件对调高系统进行验证,结果表明此系统可以较好地实现采煤机自动调高。
By comparing domestic and foreign coal and rock interface recognition sensors,selecting memory cutting method to identify coal and rock interface,and analyzing the vibration signal and the equipment characteristics of cutting motor,a method of height adjustment for shearer based on virtual instrument system is used.This method can monitor the running state and current change of shearer well The automatic height adjustment system of shearer is designed by virtual instrument.The control program and analysis program are realized by LABVIEW software.The system is verified by simulation software.The result shows that the system can realize the automatic height adjustment of shearer.
