Design of Real-time Monitoring System for Coal Mine Fan

利用PLC和PC双结合的系统捆绑组网,通过编写IFIX语言控制上位机软件,列举了主要设计内容和组网方式、预期功能等,从而通过既定程序来实现事故危险报警、风机倒换以及主通风机与风门的一体联动功能,以期达到对风门与通风机的远程实时监控。

By using the system of PLC and PC to bind the network, by writing the software of the upper computer controlled by the IFIX language, the main design contents, networking methods, expected functions and so on are listed, so as to realize the accident danger alarm through the established procedure. In order to realize the remote real-time monitoring of the air valve and ventilator, the function of fan turnover and the linkage of the main ventilator and the air valve can be achieved.
