摘要
分析了掘进机液压系统构成、元件作用,以及掘进液压系统由于工作运行长而出现的液压不足、油泵和液压油温度上升速度很快、噪音和振动、油液污染等常见故障产生的原因和处理方法,以期为掘进机液压系统常见故障的处理与维修提供参考。
The composition of hydraulic system of roadheader,the function of components,the shortage of hydraulic system due to long working operation,the rapid temperature rise of oil pump and hydraulic oil,the noise and vibration are analyzed.The causes and treatment methods of common faults such as oil pollution are expected to provide a reference for the treatment and maintenance of common faults in hydraulic system of roadheader.
