技术进步扩大收入差距亦或缩小收入差距——基于DEA及面板数据的实证分析

Will Technological Advances Widen the Income Gap or Narrow the Income Gap——An Empirical Analysis Based on DEA and Panel Data

运用超效率DEA与双边DEA衡量2006～2015年间垄断行业、非垄断行业及全行业的技术进步程度,并通过37个工业细分行业样本期间的面板数据实证回答学界关于技术进步对收入差距的影响是扩大差距亦或缩小差距的争议,认为技术进步对解决收入差距问题的作用是值得肯定的,但现阶段技术和产业结构的有偏发展长期来看可能会使行业差距继续扩大,因此政府需更加注重产业、技术结构的调整,从而使技术进步能促使收入分配更趋合理化。

This paper applies super-efficiency DEA and bilateral DEA to measure the degree of technological progress in monopoly industries,non-monopolized industries,and the entire industry from 2006 to 2015 through panel data during the sample period of 37 industrial.It believes that the biased technological advancement can indeed be an expansion of the industry’s income gap,so government departments need to pay attention.
