军民融合企业商业模式创新路径研究——基于扎根理论的研究

Research on the Innovation Path of Business Model of Military-civilian Integration Enterprises——Research Based on Grounded Theory

选取军民融合企业典型代表西安天和防务技术股份有限公司为研究对象,基于商业模式构成要素视角,运用扎根理论方法进行研究,得到商业模式创新要素作用机理模型,继而构建商业模式创新路径模型。研究表明:国家战略和政府培育作为宏观驱动因素,可推动企业调整战略,重新设立发展规划;企业以现有资源能力为起点,在明确市场定位、明晰客户需求之后,通过整合优化内外部资源与能力,不断创新产品与服务、建立并完成业务布局,最终实现军民融合式发展。

One of the typical representatives of military-civilian integration enterprises Tianhe Defense Technology Co.,Ltd.is selected as the research object in this paper.Based on the perspective of business model components,this paper uses the method of grounded theory to study.Then it obtains the mechanism model of business model innovation elements,and constructs the business model innovation path model.Research shows that national strategy and government cultivation as macro-driven factors can promote enterprises to adjust their strategies and re-establish development plans.Starting from the existing resource capabilities,the company will continue to innovate products and services,establish and complete business layout by integrating and optimizing internal and external resources and capabilities after clearing market positioning and clarifying customer needs,and finally realize the integration of military and civilian development.
