面向公众的网络健康信息可读性现状及对策探析——基于常见病症的定量研究

Analyzing The Readability of Internet Health Information for The Public Based on Common Diseases and Its Countermeasures

目的:为响应广泛利用新媒体拓展健康教育渠道的号召,文章主要探析基于常见病症的网络健康信息可读性现状,为使其适合普通公众阅读提出相关建议,为医教工作与政策制定提供参考。方法:通过检索糖尿病、乳腺增生病所得的健康网站为代表,对其内容进行定量分析,得到相关内容指标值;运用对外汉语难度系数对其易读性做出初步评估,并选择8个内容指标进行客观权重赋值,对健康网站可读性进行综合评分。结果:相关网站健康信息平均句长在39字左右,百字句数为2～3句,中文难度系数在46～70,属于中高级难度的汉语阅读材料,处于较难阅读水平;且发现平均句长、总篇幅、常用词比例、情感词极性值等对网站健康信息可读性有相对较大影响。结论:可从正确切分语句、谨慎选用词汇、增强信息目的性与人情味、出台相应网络用语规范等方面改善其可读性,提升健康信息服务质量。

Objective To study the readability of Chinese online health information based on common diseases,and put forward suggestion for policy-making.Method Relevant websites of diabetes and cyclomastopathy were selected as representative and quantitatively analyzed.The readability was evaluated with Chinese language difficulty coefficient.8 indexes were objectively weighted to obtain their scores of readability.Results The average sentence length and Chinese language difficulty coefficient of these relevant website showed that most of the online health information was difficult for the public to read.Factors of average sentence length,total text length,proportion of easy words and polarity value of emotional words have relatively great influence on the readability of health website.Conclusion It is suggested to improve the readability and quality of health website from aspects of sentence segmentation,terms selection,enhancement of purpose and human sentiment,and introduction of standardization policy.
