再循环烟气对双切圆炉内流场影响冷态试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 烟气再循环技术因其可以通过改变锅炉辐射与对流受热面的吸热量比例来调节汽温和降低NO_x的排放浓度的优势得到了广泛的应用,然而,烟气再循环系统对二次再热双切圆锅炉内空气动力场的影响机理很难准确把握,针对于此,本文采用哈尔滨锅炉厂有限责任公司现有的双切圆冷态试验平台,通过改变再循环喷口与燃烧器喷口的相对位置以及摆角进行试验,对比分析了6种典型工况下烟气再循环系统对双切圆锅炉炉内空气动力场的影响规律,可为数值模拟计算和新型锅炉开发和验证提供指导。 Flue gas recirculation technology has been widely used because it can adjust the steam temperature and reduce the NO_x emission concentration by changing the ratio of the heat absorbed by the boiler to the convective heating surface.However,the influence mechanism of the flue gas recirculation system on the aerodynamic field in the double reheat double-cut round boiler is difficult to accurately grasp.In response to this,This paper adopts the existing double-cut circular test platform of Harbin Boiler Factory Co., Ltd.Test by changing the relative position of the recirculation spout and the burner spout and the swing angle,The effects of flue gas recirculation system on the aerodynamic field in a double-cut round boiler were analyzed and compared under six typical conditions,Provides guidance for numerical simulation calculations and new boiler development and validation.
