摘要
由于褐煤特性与一般锅炉设计煤种差异较大,掺烧褐煤后对机组的安全、经济、稳定运行有较大影响。本文总结了在现有系统和设备不改造条件下,通过运行调整手段使褐煤掺烧比例在满负荷工况下达到10%~15%的运行控制优化方式,以及为了进一步提高褐煤掺烧比例而需要进行的设备改造措施。
Because the characteristic of lignite is quite different from those of general design coal for boiler,burning of blending lignite has great influence on the safety,economy,and stable operation of the boiler unit.In this paper we summarize the operational control optimization which can make the ratio of blending lignite reach 10%~15%under full load conditions through operating the adjusted method without modifieding the system and equipment.We also summarize the equipment transformation measures for further increasing the proportion of lignite burning.
