摘要
本文就某工程2×200MW超高压锅炉运行中遇到的再热器出口蒸汽温度过高及预热器入口烟温低的问题,结合电厂运行参数分析问题原因,并给出相应的受热面改造方案,同时对1#锅炉排烟温度偏高于设计值的原因进行分析并给出建议的解决措施,为相似炉型现场问题处理起到良好的借鉴作用。
This paper analyses the causation of operating problems,exorbitant steam temperature at the outlet of reheater and low temperature at the inlet of preheater,of a 2×200 MW superhigh pressure boiler,and provides the scheme of heating surfaces improvement.Moreover,analyses the cau- sation of the higher exhaust gas temperature than the design value,and put forward the solutions, making a reference for problem handing of similar boiler types.
