管板锻件在机加过程中因未超标缺陷产生变形的研究

摘要 管板锻件无损检测验收标准不同,可以有一些不超标缺陷存在,这些不超标缺陷会导致在后续管板机加即钻孔过程中产生一定的变形量,本文主要研究这些不超标缺陷对管板变形量的影响。但不超标缺陷只是影响管板机加变形的原因之一,不能认为整个变形都是因为不超标缺陷所导致。我们主要讨论变形量的大小与不超标缺陷的关系。 The non-destructive test acceptance criteria for tube plate exercise are different.There may be some defects that do not exceed the standard.These defects will lead to a certain amount of deformation in the subsequent tube plate machine plus drilling process.This article mainly studies these non -exceeding defects on the tube plate.The influence of the deformation amount,but not exceeding the standard defect,is only one of the reasons that affect the deformation of the tubesheet machine.It cannot be considered that the entire deformation is caused by the failure of exceeding the standard defect.We mainly discuss the relationship between the size of the deformation and the defect that does not exceed the standard.
