某“三甲”医院2017年住院患者金黄色葡萄球菌的分布及其耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析医院2017年金黄色葡萄球菌的分布特点、耐药数据,为临床金黄色葡萄球菌防控及抗菌药物的合理使用提供参考。方法:抽取医院2017年1月1日—12月31日间临床送检各类临床标本的病原菌分离结果资料,分析病原菌的分布及其对抗菌药物的耐药性。结果:2017年分离出金黄色葡萄球菌1 073株,其中甲氧西林敏感的金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)650株,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA) 423株;金黄色葡萄球菌主要分离标本来源于伤口分泌物(占49.58%)、呼吸道标本(占40.82%)及血液标本(占4.47%);检出科室前3名分别为重症医学科(占20.73%)、呼吸内科(占13.99%)及神经外科(占11.59%)。结论:医院住院患者金黄色葡萄球菌感染的分布主要集中在重症病区、呼吸病区,医院应加强对金黄色葡萄球菌特别是MRSA的监测,根据监测结果及该地区病原菌流行病学特点,合理选用抗菌药物治疗。 Objective:To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus in patients admit-ted to a Class 3 hospital and to guide the rational drug application in clinical practice. Methods:The pathogenic bacte-ria isolation results of various clinical samples sent by the hospital for clinical examination from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 were taken. The distribution of pathogenic bacteria and their resistance to antibiotics were analyzed.Results:In 2017, 1 073 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated, among which 650 strains of methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus(MSSA) and 423 strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) were isolated. Including 650 strains of methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus(MSSA) and 423 strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA). The main isolates of Staphylococcus aureus were derived from wound secretions(49.58%), respiratory specimens(40.82%), and blood specimens(4.47%). The TOP three departments were:ICU(20.73%), Department of Respiratory Medicine(13.99%) and Neurosurgery(11.59%). Conclusion:The distribution of Staphylococcus aureus infection in hospitalized patients was mainly concentrated in severe ward and respiratory ward. The hospital should strengthen the monitoring of Staphylococcus aureus, especially MRSA.Based on the monitoring results and the epidemiological characteristics of pathogens in the area conduct, rational use of antibacterial drugs.
