阿奇霉素与左氧氟沙星联用对难治性呼吸道感染患者抗感染的疗效及其对细菌清除的影响

Efficiency of Azithromycin Combined with Levofloxacin for Antiinfection in Patients with RRI and Its Influence on Bacterial Clearance

目的:探究阿奇霉素与左氧氟沙星联用对难治性呼吸道感染(RRI)患者抗感染的临床疗效及其对细菌清除的影响。方法:选取2016年1月—2018年1月间收治的RRI患者66例资料,将其随机分为观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=33);观察组患者给予阿奇霉素与左氧氟沙星联用治疗,对照组患者给予单用左氧氟沙星治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率、细菌清除率以及临床症状(呼吸功能、胸闷、咳嗽、体温)复常时间和用药期间不良反应发生率差异。结果:观察组患者治疗后的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),细菌清除率高于对照组(P<0.05),临床症状(呼吸功能、胸闷、咳嗽、体温)复常时间早于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者用药期间不良反应发生率经组间比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对RRI患者,采用阿奇霉素与左氧氟沙星联用治疗的疗效较为确切,有助于致病菌的清除,促进患者病情的恢复。

Objective:To study the efficiency of azithromycin combined with levofloxacin for anti-infection in pa-tients with refractory respiratory infections(RRI) and its influence on bactarial clearance. Methods:66 patients of RRIadmitted and treated from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=33)and control group(n=33). Patients in the observation group were treated with azithromycin combined with levoflox-acin, while patients in the control group were treated with levofloxacin alone. The total effective rate, bacteria clearancerate, normal time of clinical symptoms(respiratory function, chest tightness, cough, body temperature) and the inci-dence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of patients inthe observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the bacterial clearance rate washigher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and clinical symptoms(respiratory function, chest tightness, cough andbody temperature) returned to normal were earlier than those of the control group(P<0.05). There was no statisticallysignificant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:For RRIpatients, azithromycin combined with levofloxacin has better therapeutic effect, which is helpful to the elimination ofpathogenic bacteria and the recovery of patients.
