臭氧冲洗治疗对1500例各型阴道炎患者的临床疗效评价

Evaluation on Clinical Efficacy of Ozone Washing Solution in 1 500 Patients with Various Types of Vaginitis

目的:评价臭氧冲洗治疗对阴道炎患者的临床疗效,为基层医院妇科医生的治疗提供参考。方法:选取2017年8月—2018年7月间收治的各种类型的阴道炎患者3 014患者资料,按治疗方法的不同,将其分成臭氧治疗组1 500例和传统治疗组1 514例;臭氧治疗组患者给予6~8 mg/L的臭氧液冲洗治疗,传统治疗组患者则根据阴道炎类型的不同采用不同的药物治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率和各型阴道炎的总有效率差异。结果:臭氧治疗组患者治疗后的总有效率为97.47%稍高于传统治疗组为94.19%,但经两组间比较其差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);各类阴道炎(霉菌性阴道炎、细菌性阴道炎和滴虫性阴道炎)的总有效率分别为99.4%、96.2%和96.5%,而传统治疗组患者的总有效率分别为92.5%、97.8%和91.0%,但经组间和组内比较其差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用臭氧冲洗治疗和传统方法治疗阴道炎患者的疗效基本无差异,但方法简单、安全、经济,值得在基层医院妇科治疗阴道炎中推广应用。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ozone washing solution in patients with vaginitis, and toprovide a reference for gynecologists in primary hospitals. Methods:Data of 3 014 patients with various types of vagi-nitis admitted from August 2017 to July 2018 were selected. Based on different treatment methods, the data were divid-ed into 1 500 patients in the ozone treatment group and 1 514 patients in the traditional treatment group. Patients in theozone treatment group were treated with between 6 and 8 mg/L of ozone liquid washout, while patients in the traditionaltreatment group were treated with different drugs according to different types of vaginitis. The total effective rates ofeach type of vaginitis were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the ozone treatmentgroup was 97.47%, slightly higher than that of the traditional treatment group(94.19%), so the difference between thetwo groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The total effective rates of various types of vaginitis(mycotic vagi-nitis, bacterial vaginitis and trichomoniasis vaginitis) were 99.4%, 96.2% and 96.5%, respectively, while those in the tra-ditional treatment group were 92.5%, 97.8% and 91.0%, respectively. Conclusion:There is no difference between theefficacy of ozone washing treatment and traditional treatment for patients with vaginitis, but former the method is sim-ple, safe and economical.
