摘要
本研究以陕北狗头枣为试验材料,对乙醇回流提取法提取狗头枣生物碱工艺进行优化,并对狗头枣生物碱的抗氧化性进行分析。试验设计主要包括:单因素试验、正交试验设计、抗氧化分析试验。利用单因素试验和正交试验优选最佳提取工艺,再利用生物碱对DPPH自由基的清除作用来测定其抗氧化性。利用乙醇回流提取法提取狗头枣中的生物碱最佳工艺为:料液比为1∶12,乙醇浓度为70%,提取时间为2.5 h;且狗头枣生物碱对DPPH有良好的清除作用。通过对狗头枣生物碱的抗氧化性研究,有利于我们未来对狗头枣的药用价值进行深层次的研究,为广大的种植户增收增产,从而改善他们的生活水平,是将科研与生活紧密联系的最好例证。
In this study,the Goutou Jujube in North Shaanxi Province was used as experimental material,the ethanol refluxing extraction process of alkaloids from Goutou jujube was optimized,and the anti-oxidation activity of alkaloids from Goutou jujube was analyzed.This experimental design mainly included:single factor experiment, orthogonal experiment design,the anti-oxidation experiment.The single factor test and orthogonal test were used to optimize the best extraction process,and scavenging effect of alkaloids on DPPH free radicals was used to determine its antioxidant activity.The optimum extract ion process of alkaloids from Goutou Jujube by ethanol reflux extraction method was as follows:the material-liquid ratio was 1:12,the ethanol concentration was 70% and the extraction time was 2.5 h.The alkaloid of Goutou jujube had a strong scavenging effect on DPPH.Through the oxidation resistance study of Goutou jujube alkaloids,it would be helpful for us to make a deep study on the the medicinal value of Goutou Jujube in the future,to increase the production and income for the majority of growers, so as to improve their standard of living,which was the best example of the close relationship between scientific research and life.
