婴幼儿留置针留置时间现状及相关因素分析

Analysis of current situation and relative factors of indwelling time of indwelling needle in infants

目的了解婴幼儿留置针留置时间现状,分析其相关影响因素。方法抽取某三甲医院320例采用留置针进行静脉输液的婴幼儿,观察婴幼儿留置针留置时间,分析月龄、穿刺部位、封管液类型、回血长度、阻力来源、血栓有无、药物类型等相关影响因素。结果婴幼儿留置针平均留置时间为(42.98±12.72)h;月龄、穿刺部位及药物类型是婴幼儿留置针留置时间的主要影响因素。结论婴幼儿留置针留置时间要短于静脉留置针平均留置时间,月龄、穿刺部位及药物类型是留置针留置时间的主要影响因素,护理人员应根据婴幼儿月龄大小选择合适穿刺部位,并根据月龄大小及使用药物掌握合理的留置时间,以减少静脉留置针相关并发症的发生。

Objective To understand the current situation of indwelling time of indwelling needle in infants and analyze its related influencing factors.Methods A total of 320 cases of infants with intravenous infusion using indwelling needle were selected from a Third-Class A hospital,and the indwelling time of indwelling needle was observed.Relevant influencing factors,such as age of month,puncture site,type of sealing fluid,length of return blood,source of resistance,presence or absence of thrombus and type of drugs were analyzed.Results The average indwelling time of the indwelling needle for infants was(42.98±12.72)hours.The months of age,puncture site,drug site were the main influencing factors of indwelling time of indwelling needle.Conclusion The indwelling time of the indwelling needle in infants was shorter than the average indwelling time of the intravenous indwelling needle.Nursing staffs should select the appropriate puncture site according to the age of infants and children,and grasp the reasonable indwelling time according to the age of infants,so as to reduce the occurrence of venous indwelling needle related complications.
