天津市某医院计算机断层扫描装置改建项目放射防护控制效果评价 被引量:2

Evaluation on control effect of radiological protection in medical X-ray Computed Tomography reconstruction project of a hospital in Tianjin

摘要 目的对天津市某医院计算机断层扫描装置改建项目进行职业病危害放射防护控制效果评价,为政府部门提供审批依据,同时发现项目中放射防护方面可能存在的问题,提出合理化建议。方法依据国家有关放射卫生的法律法规和标准,通过收集技术资料、现场卫生学调查与核实和现场检测等方法进行综合评价分析。结果建设项目工作场所布局合理;四周墙壁、天花板、铅玻璃和防护门等部位防护的铅当量均满足2.5 mm Pb;各检测点的周围剂量当量率远低于国家标准(2.5μSv/h),CT机的性能经检测符合GB 17589-2011的验收要求;个人防护用品的配置满足工作人员和患者防护要求,但放射防护管理制度不够健全。结论该改建项目放射防护控制效果基本满足国家相关规定的要求,能够保障放射工作人员和公众的健康安全。 [Objective]To provide a basis for examination and approval of the government department,find out the defects of the radiation protection in this project,and put forward reasonable suggestions by evaluating on control effect of radiological protection in medical X-ray Computed Tomography reconstruction project of a hospital in Tianjin.[Methods] According to the national radiological health laws,regulations and standards,the comprehensive evaluation was performed by collecting technical data,field hygiene investigation and field detection.[Results]The workplace layout of the project was reasonable. The lead equivalent of protective sites such as walls all around,ceiling,lead glass,door and others were higher than 2.5 mm Pb. The ambient dose equivalent rate of the monitoring points was far lower than the national standard(2.5 μSv/h),and the performance of CT device was in accordance with the requirements of GB 17589-2011. The personal protective equipments met the protection requirements of staff and patients,but the management system for radiation protection of this project was not perfect.[Conclusion] The radiation protection control effect of the transformation project meets the requirements of national standard,and can ensure the health and safety of radiation workers and the public.
