静电纺丝羽毛角蛋白纳米纤维膜的交联改性研究 被引量:4

摘要 将羽毛角蛋白(FK)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)及聚氧化乙烯(PEO)共混,利用静电纺丝加工技术制备FK纳米纤维膜,并使用戊二醛对其进行交联改性。利用扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线衍射光谱仪、热重分析仪、差示扫描量热仪、接触角测量仪及电子万能试验机对交联前后纤维膜的形貌、结构、热稳定性、抗水性以及力学性能进行了测试和表征。结果表明:交联前纳米纤维膜的纤维结构均匀且光滑;随着交联剂戊二醛含量的增加,纤维膜形貌变化不大,热稳定性有所提高,接触角及力学性能增加较明显。当戊二醛质量占纺丝液溶质质量的15%时,纳米纤维膜的接触角大约是交联前的4倍,抗拉强度增至交联前的2.8倍。 Feather keratin(FK)was successfully blended with poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)and poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO).Then FK/PVA/PEO blend nanofibers were fabricated through electrospinning process.The glutaraldehyde was used as a crosslinker to improve the performance of blend nanofibers.The crosslinked nanofibers were characterized using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),water contact angle and universal testing machine.The results indicated that when the content of glutaraldehyde increased,the fiber morphology did not show any significant differences,whereas the fiber diameters were bigger than the uncrosslinked nanofibers.When the content of glutaraldehyde increased,the thermal stability increased,the contact angle and mechanical properties increased more obviously.The blend nanofibers with 15%-glutaraldehyde showed good water resistance properties and mechanical properties.The contact angle and tensile strength of nanofiber membrane were about 4 times and 2.8 times than the uncrosslinked nanofibers,respectively.
