摘要
分别以4种硅烷为改性剂,对碱性硅溶胶进行疏水改性,并考察温度、反应时间和配比对其改性效果的影响。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪及接触角测试仪等测试手段对疏水膜进行了性能分析。结果表明:当硅溶胶和硅烷质量比为4∶1~5∶1,在60℃反应4h,其转化率和成膜效果最好,疏水性和耐热性得到提高;改性硅烷中烷烃链越长,其疏水性能越好,耐热性下降。
Hydrophobic modification of alkaline silica sol was carried out by using four kinds of silane as modifier.The modified effect of different reaction time and ratio at different temperature were studied.The membrane’s structure and properties were analyzed and characterized by FT-IR,DSC and contact angle tester.The results showed that,the conversion rate and film forming effect were the best when the mass ratio of silica sol and silane was 4∶1~5∶1,the reaction was 4 hours at 60℃.The hydrophobicity and heat resistance had been improved.For modified silane,the longer the alkane chain was,the better the hydrophobic property was and the lower of heat resistance was.
