摘要 以醋酸锌和硝酸铈为原料,采用水热法制备氧化锌(ZnO)纳米棒和铈(Ce)掺杂的Ce-ZnO复合材料。并对样品的物理和光学性能进行了表征。以亚甲基蓝溶液为模拟废水,研究了制得的ZnO复合材料的紫外光催化脱色效能。结果表明,在Ce用量为1.5%(摩尔分数),紫外光照时间为50min条件下,光催化性能最好,Ce-ZnO对100mL浓度为10mg/L的亚甲基蓝(MB)溶液的降解率达到98.6%,经过4次循环,对MB的降解率仍达94.1%,说明材料的光催化稳定性较好。 The pure ZnO nanorods and Ce-doped ZnO composites were prepared by hydrothermal method using zinc acetate and cerium nitrate as raw materials.The physical and photophysical properties of samples were characterized.The photocatalytic decolorization of methylene blue(MB)solution was studied under UV irradiation.The results showed that the photocatalytic performance was the best when Ce content was 1.5%.When decolorization time was 50 min,the decolorization rate for 100 mL of 10 mg/L MB solution was 98.6%.The photocatalytic efficiency was still 94.1% after the fifth run,indicating that the photocatalytic activity of 1.5% Ce doped ZnO was quite stable without obvious loss during recycling.
