摘要
采用耦合支护理论,提出了锚索+锚网+喷射混凝土+底部注浆锚杆耦合支护方案的新控制对策,以实现支护体和围岩在强度、刚度和结构3个方面上的耦合。在I010912工作面运输顺槽进行了现场应用实践,监测结果表明两帮移近量、顶板下沉量及底鼓量较原支护有了明显的减少,新支护技术对巷道稳定性起到了很好的控制效果。
The coupling support theory is used to put forward, the new support control strategy of the anchor cable+anchor net+spray soil+bottom grouting bolt coupling support scheme. Achieve the support body and the surrounding rock in strength, stiffness and structural coupling.The application practice in I010912 coal mining face transportation gateway,the monitoring results showed that the convergence of two sidewalls,the roof subsidence and floor heave value were significantly compared with original support. The new supporting technology has good control effect on roadway stability.
