摘要
针对1-1201运输顺槽开口段冒顶特点,提出"预埋导水管、注浆管+喷浆封闭+注浆固结+注化学浆充填接顶"的冒顶修复方案,设计采用"超前注浆加固巷道顶板+多循环小进尺掘进+超前管棚+滞后喷浆+注浆补强巷道"过断层掘进支护方案。对1-1201运输顺槽过断层后巷道围岩变形量进行监测,巷道顺利通过断层。
According to the characteristics of the roadway roof caving, using "Embedded grouting pipe and aqueduct in advance+ Shotcrete closed+ Grouting reinforcement+ Chemical grout injection filling" repaired plan. Using "Advance grouting reinforcement of roadway roof + small size and more times drivage+ Pipe roof support in advance+ Dense metal stents+ The late grouting reinforcement" over-fault plan. Monitor deformation of roadway surrounding rock, design the construction technology of over-fault. The roadway smoothly through the fault.
