骨质量与糖尿病性骨质疏松症 被引量：5

摘要 2001年,美国国立卫生研究院将骨质疏松症(osteoporosis, OP)定义为以骨强度下降和骨折风险增加为特征的骨骼疾病,骨强度取决于骨密度(bone mineral density, BMD)和骨质量[1]。糖尿病性骨质疏松症(diabetic osteoporosis, DOP)是糖尿病并发的慢性骨代谢性疾病。骨折风险增加与1型糖尿病(type 1 diabetes mellitus,T1DM)和2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)有关,研究显示,与非糖尿病组相比,髋部骨折风险T1DM增加了6~12倍,T2DM增加了1.4~1.7倍[2-4]。
