球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗多发性骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的临床疗效观察 被引量:14

摘要 目的观察球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗多发性骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的临床疗效。方法选取多发性骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者116例,按照治疗方式的不同分为观察组与对照组各58例,观察组予球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗,对照组予保守治疗,对比两组患者的影像学指标、疼痛程度、日常生活障碍以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的后缘高度、前缘高度、中线高度、后凸角均显著高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的VAS评分、日常生活障碍评分均显著低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0. 05);观察组患者的并发症发生率(1.72%)显著低于对照组(15. 52%),差异有显著性(x^2=7. 004,P=0.008)。结论应用球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗多发性骨质疏松性脊柱骨折,能够显著改善患者的影像学指标,减轻患者的疼痛程度,减少日常生活障碍,且并发症发生率较低,安全可靠。 objective To observe the clinical efficacy of balloon kyphoplasty for the treatment of multiple osteoporotic spinal fractures. Method 116 patients with multiple osteoporotic spinal fractures who were treated in our hospital were randomly selected. According to different treatment methods, they were randomly divided into observation group(n = 58) and control group(n = 58), patients in the observation group were treated with balloon-expanded kyphoplasty, and patients in the control group were given conservative treatment. The imaging parameters, pain level, daily living disorders and complications were compared between the two groups. Result The height of the posterior margin, the height of the leading edge, the height of the midline, and the kyphosis of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). Significantly, no statistical significance(P>0. 05). After treatment, the vas score and daily living disorder scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0. 05), and the VAS score and daily living disorder score of the observation group patients the results were significantly lower than the control group(P<0. 05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P<0. 05). Conclusion In the treatment of multiple osteoporotic spinal fractures, the use of balloon-expanded kyphoplasty can significantly improve the imaging parameters of patients, reduce the pain level and daily life disorders, and the incidence of complications low, safe and reliable, it is worth promoting in clinical use.
