床旁头部自重后伸牵引配合针刀治疗颈椎生理曲度异常临床研究

Clinical study of head self-weight traction with Acupotomy for the treatment of cervical curvature abnormality

目的探讨床旁头部自重后伸牵引配合针刀治疗颈椎生理曲度异常的临床价值。方法选择颈椎曲度异常患者116例,按照患者就诊顺序分为观察组与对照组各58例。观察组利用床旁头部自重后伸牵引的方法配合针刀治疗,对照组采用颈椎牵引配合针刀治疗,疗程4周。治疗前后均行颈椎侧位的X线摄片,测量颈曲值,观察治疗前后颈椎曲度的改变情况。结果治疗前两组颈曲值差异无显著性(P>0. 05),治疗后观察组颈曲值、颈曲总改变率明显高于对照组(P<0. 05),且观察组颈曲治愈率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0. 05)。结论采用床旁头部自重后伸悬吊牵引配合针刀治疗可使颈椎生理曲度逐渐趋于正常,颈椎的生物学功能得以恢复。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of bedside head self-weight traction with Acupotomy in the treatment of cervical curvature abnonnality. Method According to the order of visiting patients, 116 patients with cervical curvature abnonnality were randomly divided into observation group(n = 58) and control group(n = 58). The observation group used the method of bedside head self-weight traction with acupotomy. while the control group was treated with cervical traction combined with Acupotomy, with a course of 4 weeks. X-ray films of lateral cervical spine were taken before and after treatment, and cervical curvature values were measured to observe the changes of cervical curvature before and after treatment. Result There was no significant difference in cervical curvature between the two groups before treatment(P>0. 05). After treatment, the cervical curvature values and the total change rate of cervical curvature in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group( P<0. 05). The cure rate of cervical curvature in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion The physiological curvature of cervical spine can be gradually nonnalized by using bedside head self-weight back-stretch traction with Acupotomy, and the biological function of cervical spine is restored.
