基于逻辑关系的酵母菌基因分析及其微分方程模型

The Gene Analysis Based on Logic Network and Its Differential Equation Model

摘要 基因网络是基因组功能与机理研究中最基本的模型,特别是利用基因表达谱数据的进行各基因相互关系的建模方法更是系统生物学中最常用的方法之一.通过定量建模,建立了酿酒酵母菌与有氧呼吸和无氧呼吸功能密切相关的代表性基因的逻辑关系,并根据其关系建立了相应的微分方程组.研究了在有氧呼吸和无氧呼吸两状态之间进行切换时,相关基因表达的动力学行为,并得到了相应的数值结果. Gene logic network is the basic model of the study of functions of genes. The gene expression data is used to build mathematical models to reveal the relations between genes. In this paper, we focus on saccharomyces cerevisiaegene and its gene logic network under aerobic and anaerobic conditions are built from the expression data of database NCBI. Then we build the corresponding differential equation model. We study the dynamical behaviour of the gene expression under aerobic and anaerobic conditions as well the mixed situation. We also have some numerical results on this model.
