摘要
近年来,储备林建设进入新的增长阶段,对于金融支持的需求也日益迫切。橡胶树是我国重要的热带树种,2014年,纳入国家储备林树种目录,其树液提取的天然橡胶是重要的战略物资。天然橡胶储备林可产生长期可靠的营业收入,为设计融资模式、培育珍惜树种、脱贫攻坚创造了良好条件。文章通过分析天然橡胶及橡胶木市场,提出开发性金融支持天然橡胶储备林发展的政策建议。
In recent years, the construction of reserve forest has entered a new stage, and the demand for financial support has become increasingly urgent. Hevea brasiliensis is an important tropical tree species in China. In 2014, it was included in the national reserve tree species catalogue. Its natural rubber extracted from sap is an important strategic material. Natural rubber reserve forest can produce long-term and reliable business income, creating favorable conditions for designing financing model, protecting precious tree species and poverty alleviation. Based on the analysis of natural rubber and rubber wood market, this paper put forward some policy proposals for developing finance support for the development of natural rubber reserve forests.
