国际一流期刊的办刊探索——以Light:Science&Applications为例 被引量:48

摘要 【目的】探索面向国际一流期刊的科技期刊可持续发展之路,为我国科技期刊国际化建设和可持续发展提供参考。【方法】以Light:Science&Applications为例,从期刊国际化建设、集约化管理、办刊模式、媒体融合出版、服务科研等方面总结面向国际一流期刊的办刊经验,提出我国科技期刊国际化可持续发展建议。【结果】通过卓有成效的办刊实践,Light:Science&Applications的发文量年均递增40%,JCR影响因子连续4年保持在13以上,位列国际光学期刊影响因子排行榜前三,期刊影响力和国际地位稳固提升。【结论】Light:Science&Applications的办刊思路和模式可为新形势下面向国际一流期刊的我国科技期刊可持续发展提供一些参考与借鉴。 [Purposes] This study aims to explore the strategies of sustainable development for journals,and present some references for international construction and sustainable development of Chinese scientific journals. [Methods] Taking Light:Science &Applications as an example,the editorial practice experiences facing to international first-class journals were summarized from international construction,intensive management,publishing modes,media convergence publication,and serving scientific research,and some suggestions of sustainable development for Chinese scientific journals were presented. Then the working ideas on sustainable development of excellent journals were proposed. [Findings] Based on the highly effective editorial practices,the influence and international status of this journal are steadily enhancing on the condition that the amount of published papers has increased by 40% annually,the JCR impact factor of Light: Science & Applications has been over 13 for 4 successive years and ranked the top 3 among all optics journals globally. [Conclusions] Chinese scientific journals facing to international first-class journals can draw on the strategies and modes of Light: Science & Applications on the sustainable development under the new situation.
