摘要
将豆油和三羟甲基丙烷醇解得到甘油酸酯,再加入高固含量羟基丙烯酸树脂,与苯酐、偏苯三酸酐酯化反应制备得到改性水溶性醇酸树脂。采用红外光谱和凝胶色谱对产物结构进行了表征,通过涂料的干燥时间、硬度、耐水性及耐老化性等测试研究了羟基丙烯酸树脂的用量对涂料性能的影响。结果表明:羟基丙烯酸树脂的用量为醇酸树脂质量的50%~60%时涂层性能最佳。与未改性的醇酸涂料相比,改性后的醇酸树脂涂料20 min即可实现表干,涂料的耐水性和耐盐水老化性均得到明显改善。
The soybean oil and trimethylolpropane were alcoholysised to obtain a glycerate,then a high-solid hydroxy acrylic resin was added,and they were esterified with phthalic anhydride and trimellitic anhydride to prepare a modified water-soluble alkyd resin. The structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and gel chromatography. The effects of the amount of hydroxy acrylic resin on the properties of the coating were investigated by the testings of drying time,hardness,water resistance and aging resistance of the coating. The results showed that the performance of the coating was best when the amount of the hydroxy acrylic resin was 50% to60% of the mass of alkyd resin. Compared with the unmodified alkyd coatings,the surface drying of the modified alkyd resin coating could achieve in 20 minutes. The water resistance and salt water aging resistance of the coating were obviously improved.
