Study on the lauric aldehyde based mannich base type epoxy curing agent

摘要 以月桂醛(LA),二乙烯三胺(DA)和亚磷酸二乙酯(DP)为原料通过曼尼希反应制得一种新型曼尼希碱类环氧固化剂LADADP,并以LADADP部分替代刚性固化剂1,3-环己二甲胺制备了环氧复合材料。通过红外光谱,核磁共振氢谱分析以及力学和热性能测试对材料的性能进行了研究。结果表明,当LADADP的质量分数为30%时,材料的断裂伸长率从最初的1.15%增加到2.63%。虽然因LADADP的添加会引起热稳定性略微下降,但其主失重阶段的热初始分解温度均在330℃以上,具有优良的热稳定性。 The new Mannich base epoxy curing agent LADADP was prepared by using Mannich reaction with lauric aldehyde(LA),diethylenetriamine(DA)and diethyl phosphite(DP)as raw materials. The epoxy composite was prepared by partially replacing the rigid curing agent 1,3-cyclohexanedimethylamine with LADADP. The properties of the material were investigated by infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance analysis,and mechanical and thermal property tests. The results showed that when the mass fraction of LADADP was 30%,the elongation at break of the material was increased from the initial 1.15% to 2.63%. Although the thermal stability was slightly decreased due to the addition of LADADP,the thermal initial decomposition temperature in the main weight loss stage was above 330 °C,and it had excellent thermal stability.
