摘要
以季戊四醇螺环磷酸脂双酚-S作为阻燃剂,制备了环氧树脂/阻燃剂/粘土(EP/FR/MMT)纳米复合材料。通过水平燃烧实验和力学性能测试研究了不同阻燃剂和粘土含量对材料性能的影响。结果表明,粘土质量分数2%时,阻燃剂质量分数15%时EP/FR/MMT纳米复合材料的阻燃性最好,燃烧长度17.6 mm,燃烧时间1.98 min,水平燃烧速率8.89 mm/min。粘土协同阻燃剂提高了环氧复合材料的阻燃性,同时由于粘土的加入,材料的拉伸强度明显提高。
The epoxy/flame retardant/clay(EP/FR/MMT)nanocomposites were prepared by using pentaerythritol spiro phosphatidyl bisphenol-S as flame retardant. The effects of different flame retardant and clay contents on the properties of the materials were investigated by horizontal combustion experiments and mechanical property tests. The results showed that EP/FR/MMT nanocomposites had the best flame retardancy when the mass fraction of clay and flame retardant was 2% and 15%,respectively. The burning length,burning time and horizontal burning rate was 17.6 mm,1.98 min,and 8.89 mm/min,respectively. The flame retardancy of the epoxy composite was improved by the synergistic effect of clay and flame retardant,and the tensile strength of the material was significantly improved due to the addition of clay.
