构建中国特色哲学社会科学是当前我国学术界的重大使命,也是统领我国哲学社会科学发展与创新的伟大实践。价值是中国特色哲学社会科学的根本和源泉,也是构建中国特色哲学社会科学的圭臬和依据。中国特色哲学社会科学的价值结构是由多种正确的价值内涵和取向共同组成的统一体,从本然和应然的角度体现了中国特色哲学社会科学在价值层面的要求和主张。具体地讲,坚持马克思主义理论为指导,是中国特色哲学社会科学的价值灵魂;坚持和发展中国特色社会主义,是中国特色哲学社会科学的价值主题;坚守和弘扬我国优秀传统文化,是中国特色哲学社会科学的价值根基;坚持开展以人民为中心的研究,是中国特色哲学社会科学的价值立场;构建具有自身特质的学科体系、学术体系、话语体系,是中国特色哲学社会科学的价值载体。

It is an important mission of the current academic circles as well as a great practice leading the development and innovation of philosophy and social sciences of our country to construct philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics.Value is the root and source of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics,and also the criterion and basis for constructing it. The value structure of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics is a unity of various correct value connotations and orientations,which embodies its requirements and propositions at the value level from the natural and ideal perspectives. Specifically speaking,adherence to the direction of Marxist theory is its value soul;adherence to and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics is its value theme;adherence to and promotion of Chinese excellent traditional culture is its value foundation;adherence to people-centered research is its value standpoint;and construction of discipline system,academic system and discourse system with their own characteristics are its value carriers.
