Free trade area has significant economic effect and has become an important form of regional economic cooperation.In today’s globalization,China is speeding up the implementation of the free trade area strategy,planning the free trade area at home and abroad and constructing the global free trade area network based on the global vision and strategic height. Due to the unique geographical location conditions,Yunnan is facing a rare historical opportunity in the construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area upgraded version and should be able to accomplish great deeds.
