论社会分化背景下的思想政治教育自觉共同体建设

On the Construction of Conscious Community of Ideological and Political Education under the Background of Social Differentiation

思想政治教育共同体能否成为自觉共同体,主要看其在组织目标、精神信仰以及理论方法等方面能否达到自觉认同。当前思想政治教育共同体建设中存在着"合法性"遭受质疑、组成部分缺乏沟通与交流、角色之间存在价值分歧等问题。在社会分化背景下,要使思想政治教育共同体由"自在"走向"自觉",必须注重加强思想政治教育共同体内在要素的自身建设,强化共同体内部结构之间的联系与沟通,形成共同体共有的思维方式,健全共同体制度及其运行机制。

Community of ideological and political education to become a conscious community will depend on self-recognition of its organizational goals,spiritual beliefs and theoretical methods. At present,there are some problems in the construction of the ideological and political education community,such as the questioning of its "legitimacy",the lack of communication between the components,and the value difference among its roles. Under the background of social differentiation,in order to make the ideological and political education community move from"free"to"conscious",we should improve the self-construction of the internal elements of the ideological and political education community,strengthen the connection and communication between the internal structures of the community,form a common way of thinking of the community,and perfect the system of the community and its operating mechanism.
