摘要
在对球罐进行衍射时差法超声检测(TOFD)时,钢材偏析会对TOFD图谱的评定造成干扰。对1 000m3氧气球罐球壳板进行超声波检测、TOFD检测和金相分析,再对球壳板与凸缘对接焊缝进行射线检测,从而得出检测得到的TOFD显示是由焊接缺陷产生的显示还是由钢材偏析产生的显示。
When the TOFD(Time of Flight Diffraction)method is used to detect the spherical tank,the steel segregation can cause interference to the TOFD atlas assessment.In this article,UT,TOFD and metallographic analysis are used to detect welds of shell plate of 1 000m3 oxygen spherical tank,the detection results can be used to determine whether the detected TOFD display is caused by welding defects or by steel segregation.
