相控阵和超声衍射时差法在球罐裂纹检测中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 在某球罐内表面环焊缝中发现裂纹,采用TOFD(超声衍射时差法)和相控阵超声检测技术对缺陷进行定量检测,为缺陷返修提供了较为准确的数据,同时验证了两种检测技术相结合的方法对缺陷定量检测是最有效的辅助手段。 TOFD(Time of Flight Diffraction)and phased array ultrasonic flaw detection technique were used for quantifying cracks on the interior surface of the spherical tank girth welds,and it was found that the combination of the two techniques might provide more accurate data for defect repair and was possibly the most effective aid for defect quantification.
