摘要 针对通过PZT(锆钛酸铅)晶片-探头穿透法测量非线性系数时,存在测量数据可重复性差的问题,设计了一种辅助RITEC RAM-5000SNAP非线性高能超声测试系统测量材料非线性的压力监测夹持装置,该装置可实现对材料贴合力度的实时监控,提高逐点测量速度,减小耦合条件对测量结果的干扰。使用结果表明,该装置可大大提高超声波对微小缺陷的灵敏度,增强超声波的穿透率和孔隙检测的精度。 The non-linear coefficient is measured by the PZT chip-probe penetration method.The measurement data has poor repeatability.In this paper,apressure monitoring and clamping device for measuring the nonlinearity of materials in RITEC RAM-5000 SNAP nonlinear high-energy ultrasonic testing system is designed.It can realize the real-time monitoring of the bonding force of materials,improve the speed of point-by-point measurement and reduce the interference of the coupling conditions on the measurement results.The results show that the device can greatly improve the sensitivity of ultrasound to micro-defects,and enhance the penetration rate of ultrasound and the accuracy of pore detection.
