Establishment of HIV testing management mode and effect analysis in general hospitals

目的探索综合医院艾滋病病毒(HIV)检测管理模式的建立,并评价其效果,为医疗机构艾滋病防治,尤其是早期的抗病毒治疗提供较好地管理方式。方法建立有效的检测管理体系,制定管理制度和流程,加强宣传教育,利用信息系统进行检测预警提醒,进行转介模式的改变,采取专人负责等方式进行HIV检测管理。结果2011—2017年间,HIV检测数量从2011年的58 090例增加到2017年的85 296例,确证阳性病例数从66例增加至最高的165例,通过绿色通道转介途径使确诊到接受抗病毒治疗时间大大缩短,由原来的平均14天缩短至6天。结论加强综合医院HIV检测管理,可以有效地提高HIV检测率和早期抗病毒治疗率,在艾滋病防治中起着重要作用。

Objective To explore HIV testing management mode in general hospitals,in order to know a better approach for management of HIV/AIDS case reporting and patients receiving antiviral therapy.Methods We developed the testing management system,for health publicity and education,HIV testing and reporting through ways of information system establishment,green channel referral and dedicated staff.Results The number of HIV tests increased from 58 090 in 2011to 85 296 in 2017and the number of confirmed HIV positive increased from 66 in 2011to the largest 165 in 2016.Through green channel referral,the time from diagnosis to antiviral treatment was greatly shortened,from an average of 14 days to 6days.Conclusion The enhanced HIV testing management in general hospitals will largely increase the rates of HIV testing and early antiviral therapy,which will play important roles in AIDS prevention and treatment.
