摘要
衰弱被认为是一种独特的老年综合征,已成为世界范围重要的公共卫生问题。衰弱人群在跌倒、致残和死亡等方面的风险增加。艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病病人是一个独特的人群,有可能患上与老年人有关的疾病和综合征。艾滋病参与衰弱的进展并相互影响,现就衰弱与艾滋病病人骨密度、跌倒、神经系统及精神疾病、肝移植术后效果评估、绝经后艾滋病病毒感染女性人体测量和治疗的相关研究进行综述。
Frailty is now seen as a unique form of geriatric syndrome,which has become an important public health problem in the world.The frail individuals are at increased risk of falls,disability and death.AIDS patients and HIV infected people are more likely to suffer from diseases and syndromes related to the elderly.HIV/AIDS interacts with frailty and is involved in its progression.This article reviews recent studies on frailty and HIV/AIDS.
