摘要
常减压装罝常顶管线在使用过程中受介质和操作工艺等因素影响,易发生局部内腐蚀,常规检验无法有效检测出离散的内腐蚀缺陷。在分析常减压装罝生产工艺的基础上,识别常顶管线主要的损伤模式,应用流场分析技术,科学预测管道存在的内腐蚀位置,并利用低频导波等检测技术确定缺陷的位置和尺寸,提高检验的针对性和有效性。
In the process of use of constant pressure relief device,it is easy to be corrosion due to factors such as medium and operation process,and conventional inspection cannot effectively detect the discrete internal corrosion defects.On the analysis of the atmospheric and vacuum unit production process,this paper identifies main damage modes,predicts the location of internal corrosion in pipescientificallywith the applicationof flow analysis technology, and determine the defect location and size by low frequency guided wave detection technology.These method could improve the pertinence and effectiveness of test.
