Discuss the Legal Responsibility of Special Equipment Inspection and Testing

随着全面依法治国的不断深化,特种设备检验检测法律责任的认定也成为特种设备工作者关注的焦点。本文解读了现有法律法规涉及特种设备检验检测的法律责任,分析了引致特种设备检验检测法律责任的主要原因,从体制、能力建设、体系、事故救助保障能力等方面着手提出了厘清法律责任的对策与措施。

With the deepening of the rule of law,the identification of legal responsibility of special equipment inspection and testing has beingthe focus of special equipment workers.This paper interpreted the existing laws and regulations concerning the legal responsibility of special equipment inspection and testing,analyzed the main reasons leading to the legal responsibility of special equipment inspection and testing,and proposed countermeasures to clarify the legal responsibility from the aspects of system,capacity building,system,accident rescue,guarantee ability,and etc.
