摘要
为提高特种设备检验检测机构质量管理水平,本文引入全面质量管理理论,结合特种设备检验检测工作的实际,从"计划—执行—检查—调整"四个阶段,构建了特种设备检验检测机构全面质量管理体系的基本框架。通过对实践运行效果进行分析,结果表明,全面质量管理体系的建立有助于提高特种设备检验检测机构质量管理能力,为特种设备检验检测机构质量管理提供了新思路。
In order to improve the quality management level of special equipment inspection and testing institutions,this paper introduces the total quality management theory,combined with the actual inspection and testing work of special equipment,from the four stages of "plan-do-check-adjustment",the basic framework of total quality of special equipment inspection and testing institutions is constructed.Through the analysis of the practical operation effect,the results show that the establishment of a comprehensive quality management system can help to improve the quality management ability of special equipment inspection and testing institutions,and provide new ideas for the quality management of special equipment inspection and testing institutions.
