医养整合照护国际进展

International development of integrated care systems

为了尽可能保障全人群在整个生命历程中的生活质量,越来越多经济发展程度高的国家和地区采取了医养整合照护模式,在实施的同时不断完善以人为中心的医疗健康服务体系,逐步形成新的健康服务体系。本文介绍了世界卫生组织在推动健康老龄化整合照护体系建设方面的最新指导意见和研究趋势,以英国、美国和新加坡为例,对这些国家实施整合照护模式的特点进行了概述,对我国参与整合照护试点研究指出了可能的机会建议。

To maximize the quality of life across the life journeys of the whole population,many developed countries are developing a person-centered,integrated care system.This paper introduced the latest guidelines and research topics of the World Health Organization,taking UK,US and Singapore as examples,identifying each country's major characteristics in implementing integrated care.It is expected to help the policy makers to understand the opportunities and effects to participate the WHO integrated care program.
