预立医护照顾计划在早期痴呆症患者中应用的研究进展

Research progress in Advance Care Planning of the early stage dementia patients

本文就预立医护照顾计划的内涵、预立医护照顾计划的要素、预立医护照顾计划在早期痴呆症患者的实施过程及应用效果等予以综述,并指出对未来研究的建议,旨在为我国痴呆症患者预立医护照顾计划的开展提供理论支撑和方法借鉴。

This paper reviewed the connotation and dements of Advance Care Planning (ACP),as well as the implementation process and application effects of ACP in the early stage of dementia patients.It also pointed out the advice for future research.The proposal was to provide theoretical support and methodological reference for the development of ACP for dementia patients in China.
