The Significance of the Circle Economic Structure to the County Town System Planning

圈层经济结构理论现今已被成功地应用于不同类型、不同性质和不同层次的城市群空间规划当中,县域经济承接着城市经济和农村经济,是缓解城乡二元体制结构、改善并最终解决"三农问题"、促进城乡统筹发展的重要领域,论文论述借鉴圈层经济结构理论,以构建合理的县域圈层经济结构,从而建立县域城镇体系的核心增长极,通过增长极的极化作用辐射并带动乡镇经济的快速发展,从而形成以城带乡、城乡一体的新型城乡关系,实现城市与乡村的一体化发展。

The theory of economic structure in the circle has been successfully applied to the spatial planning of urban agglomerations of different types, different natures and different levels. The county-level economy, which inherits the urban economy and rural economy, is to alleviate the urban-rural dual system structure, improve and eventually solve the "three rural issues" and promote the overall development of urban and rural areas. In important areas, the paper discusses how to draw lessons from the theory of the economic structure of the circle layer in order to construct a reasonable economic structure of the circle layer in the county, thus establishing the core growth pole of the urban system in the county, radiating and driving the rapid development of the township economy through the polarization of the growth pole, thus forming a new type of urban-rural relationship that integrates the city with the township and the urban-rural areas. The integration of urban and rural areas is now developing.
